Assessment tools are commonly used in organizational behavior management to identify performance targets, determine environmental variables contributing to poor performance, and create a framework for moving forward. Strategic Talent Management uses a variety of assessment tools to help employees and organizations identify strengths and blind spots, become more self-aware, and uncover opportunities for teams to work together more effectively.
